Dr. Eric Hoppe

Dr. Hoppe is a licensed Chiropractic Physician specializing in Equine Chiropractic. His background includes a degree in animal science, certification in animal Chiropractic, and certification in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation through the IAVC (International Association of Veterinary Chiropractioners).

Dr. Hoppe has been involved with horses since he was a child growing up in Texas. He began developing his technique in 1985, while an intern at chiropractic college.  Since then, it has evolved into what is known today as The Hoppe Technique.

Dr. Hoppe is on the board of directors of the International Association of Veterinary Chiropractioners, an accrediting body for animal chiropractic specialists worldwide.

He has instructed Chiropractic and Veterinary Physicians in numerous states and abroad.  In cooperation with veterinary affiliates, Dr. Hoppe has treated tens of thousands of horses since 1985.

The Hoppe Technique

Under development since 1985, The Hoppe Technique continues to evolve.

It is a non-invasive, safe, non-traumatic manual adjustment technique.  It does not require the horse to be tranquilized, restrained, or immobilized in any fashion.

Results are often seen immediately, without the need for lengthy recovery periods.

Dr. Hoppe is working with the veterinary community to establish standards and protocols that he hopes will one day position animal chiropractic as a commonly accepted form of treatment.

HorseFixer.com

In mid-1999, Dr. Hoppe realized that the Internet could facilitate the accomplishment of his vision.  Throughout the coming year, HorseFixer.com will evolve into a more robust portal for alternative equine medicine.
